RTTY and PSK31 for Radio Amateurs

More info on N1MM Logger

N1MM is one of the most popular contesting programs. It can be used for CW, SSB, RTTY/PSK and is a very sophisticated program. It is also free! The program can be used with Windows XP/Vista/Seven/Eight. It has been designed to run satisfactorily on a 1 GHz Pentium III with 512 MB of memory or more, depending on the operating system's requirements.

This CD contains the file necessary for a Full Install. The updates must be downloaded from the N1MM web site.

New to N1MM? Currently running version 10 or before? Either way, this note is for you!
Installing N1MM Logger for the first time is a two-step process. You must first perform the Full Install (sometimes also referred to as N1MM Logger 11.0.0 or the Base Install), followed by installing the Latest Update. Each latest update includes significant upgrades, but unless you do the Full Install, subsequent updates will not have all the files they need to operate properly. After performing the Full Install, do not attempt to run N1MM Logger. Proceed directly to installing the Latest Update before launching the program.

If you are a current user but not running Version 11 or later, you need to perform this Full Install before installing *one* of the Latest Updates. Each update includes all changes from 11.0.0 on. In general, you may then install earlier or later versions on top of one another. Please report bugs based on the current version, not an earlier one. Regardless of when they occurred or were discovered, bugs are not corrected in past versions, only the latest.

Configuring N1MM will take time and you should take care with this for obvious reasons. It will also pay to print out the help file and place it in a ring binder. I find this far more useful than reading from the screen, especially when you have to switch from one screen to another.
